After assessing your injury, we will create an individualised plan to get you back to work or participating in sport. We pair in-clinic treatment with strengthening exercises specific to your injury to ensure you'll get the best possible outcome.

What is involved?

We will assess your injury during your initial consultation and devise a plan to rehabilitate and recondition your body to be able to get back to work or playing sport. Generally, a rehabilitation plan can include:

  • In-clinic soft tissue treatments or dry needling
  • Specific strength exercises
  • Specific stretches 
  • At home maintenance - we will give you exercises and treatment to do yourself
  • Check points to judge how injury is improving and whether adjustments need to be made
